TaskByte was created after its founders noticed a pattern. The more a business grows, the harder it becomes to maintain the kind of customer connection that helped it succeed in the first place.

Founders Daniel O'Donohue and Bryan Gilbert recognized this while running another company. They saw that sending messages had become easy, but creating meaningful interaction at scale had not. Most systems were built for broadcasting, not conversation.
